Vintage Signed J. P. Contemporary Indented Circle Flowers Paperweight

It has a clear glass on top and the bottom is a cobalt blue. There is a contemporary design with indented circles around the piece. Inside there are beautiful flowers in lovely shades - like a resin type of material. It has a marking on the front bottom as you see in photo. 1 3/4 tall and in nice pre owned condition - a few tiny scuffs, etc.
