Vintage Perthshire Paperweight Stars Bird with Cranberry Ground Faceted

The former owner collected porcelains and paperweights during the 1990s while living in England. This paperweight has a cranberry ground with stars, a branch and bird in the center. The sides are ringed with red, white and green millefiori canes. The paperweight measures 2 ¾ across and 1 7/8 high. It is marked on the bottom with a ground 38 and a cane with 1995 and P. The sides are faceted and the top is slightly concave. Good luck for this is a fine find!
