Vintage 1990s Glass Eye Studio GES Neptune Planet Art Glass Ball Paperweight

The bottom says neptune, ges, and what looks like 98 or 93. The last number looks faded because it could be one of the two numbers.

I'm leaning more towards 98. These are made in seattle and contain ash from mount st. It has an iridescent exterior. The glass face where you can see the planet is scratched.

None of the scratches are overly deep. There is a mark on the back near the base where some coloring is lost. It is a very pretty and interesting piece.
