Upon an as yet undiscovered shore, you decide to dive into the swells of the Sea, which beckons with digits of frothy blue. You're instantly swept up by the hypnotic beauty as your eyes glance about, transporting you unto an alien landscape. As your eyes sweep the depths, they are caught upon the hypnotic beauty of Anemones in Vivid Blue and White, Red Sea Creatures of unknown lineage Pop up, seemingly interested in discovering who has entered their realm. About them huddle Sea Flowers of Yellow while White Petals are strewn about, Orange striations rise upon a petal which is a different shade of yellow.

Bubbles of various sizes and shapes intermingle, especially amidst the Red Sea Creatures. Within the Black cased interior could be all manner of secrets that are as yet unrevealed to a mere human..

Aliens exist among us or perhaps, we exist around them. It is signed with what appears to be H2 or HZ?

99, which I assume is the year. I did some research, but couldn't find a thing out about the artist.
