From the original collectors notes. Stunning Peter McDougall Perthshire 2001 1325g ball paperweight 12/30. This magnificent millefiori ball contains hundreds of complex canes along with the Peter McDougall initial cane and P cane. 3/ 3/4 to 3 ½ inches. Largely, we believe, they are Scottish, French and American and their values seem to vary hugely.

We are total paperweight amateurs (although learning more every day), so have copied, largely verbatim, the original Collector's notes including his measurements. The Collector was knowledgeable and fastidious with his weights.

All were stored in locked glass-fronted oak display cabinets, most have their original boxes, are catalogued impeccably and for many we have original invoices as well. We believe the weights we post are in excellent condition. He marked in his notes when this wasn? T the case and we have reproduced those comments on the description.
