Perthshire PP19 1972 Scrambled or End of Day Paperweight Limited Edition EC

Perthshire Paperweight 1972 PP19 Scramble (End of Day) Paperweight Limited Edition. It is referred to as PP19 and is approximately 2 and 1/2 inches in diameter. The PP19 Perthshires are outstanding examples of scramble or end of day paperweights created originally in 1969 and continuing on from 1969 to 1980 and from 1987 to 2001 as a limited edition until the factory closed in 2002.

Earlier scrambles have a clear base which contrasts beautifully with the multi-colored canes. This weight has the lovely clear base. The colors in the scramble design are wonderful as the photos illustrate. Hidden among the canes is the specific date cane for 1972. This paperweight is in excellent condition.
