Perthshire Multifaceted Millefiori Inkwell Bottle With Matching Stopper PP15

The base is cobalt colored. I believe it is a PP15. There is a P cane in the stopper. It is approximately 6 inches high with stopper and 3 1/2 inches in diameter. There is residue on the bottom from a paper label.

I do not see or feel any chips or cracks. Please see pictures for better description.
