Perthshire 1991 Special Edition Paperweight. A PERTHSHIRE Paperweights - 1991 Special edition paperweight. It is about 1.75 high and is in very nice condition - no scratches or chips. It has the signature/date cane on the base. Please note that any surface white spots are not blemishes - they are from my flash.
