Perthshire 1977 C anemone triple overlay paperweight seven silhouette corners LIMITED EDITION [ref 248]. This very lovely faceted weight consists of a triple overlay of yellow on white on pink and contains an amethyst rimmed flower on stems with leaves reminiscent of early Baccarat with the initial cane in the centre of the flower with 12 side windows and one large top window and a star at the base.

This information is from the original Collectors Catalogue. Largely, we believe, they are Scottish, French and American and their values seem to vary hugely. We are total paperweight amateurs (although learning more every day), so have copied, largely verbatim, the original Collector's notes including his measurements. The Collector was knowledgeable and fastidious with his weights. All were stored in locked glass-fronted oak display cabinets, most have their original boxes, are catalogued impeccably and for many we have original invoices as well.
