Paul Ysart millefiori paperweight : 76 mm / 3 inch diameter. Closepack centre, uncommon clear glass setting. Description: Superb millefiori and twist paperweight made in Scotland by the renowned maker Paul Ysart.

Closepack millefiori centre, surrounded by a ring of lemon yellow canes, garlanded with white twists separated by larger millefiori canes. This is a relatively uncommon example, as the canes are set in clear glass. Concave fire polished base with typical'sugary' pontil mark surrounded by fine radiating lines.

Size : diameter 3 inch / 76 mm; height 2 inch / 5 mm. C ondition : very good; no chips, bruises, or scratches. Please remember this is not a brand new item - you may be able to find minuscule marks elsewhere if you search using a magnifying glass.
