Larger Than Normal Paul Ysart High Dome 10 Spoke Closepack Millefiori Art Glass Paperweight From The Monart Period Of 1930s. These Very Early Weights Are Now Becoming Extremely Difficult To Source. Main Design Consists Of A Cluster Of Complex Millefiori Canes Which Are Surrounded By 10 Orange & Yellow Latticinio Twists, In Between Which There Are Purple Yellow & White Centred Complex Millefiori Canes Separating The Main Twists. Finally The Whole Design Is Finished Of On Translucent Light Blue Ground, This Is A Rather Rare Version Of The Blue Ground, Making This A Very Desirable Item For Collection. As Is Usual On These Early Weights The Sharp Pontil Is Removed Using A Simple Icepick Leaving The Unique Markings.

Measurements :- Diameter 87mm / Height 60mm. Condition :- Please Note This Paperweight Has An Annealing Crack, This Crack Is Contained Within The Dome `And Does NOT Reach The Base, Price Reflects This Issue.
