Liberty Village Art Glass Paperweight Pulled Feather Design Dated 1978

This is a beautiful paperweight made by Liberty Village and dated 1978. It measures approximately 2.5" in height and 2.5" in width at its widest part. I see no cracks or repairs. There is a very tiny knick on the side of the paperweight (see pictures). There are also a few tiny "dots" on the top (see pictures).
