Kent Helms Anchor Hocking Blue White Glass Paperweight Circa 1977-81 Signed RARE

Great condition with no chips or cracks. I have only found 2 Anchor pieces, which are supposed to be of the Anchor Hocking Blue Anchor. I haven't found out about anything else on this Glass artist. The last picture shows the 2 Anchor Hocking pieces at the West Virginia Glass museum. They are attributed to after 1977. I'm not 100% sure it's Kent Helms' signature as I can't find another to compare it to.

All the other Art Glass are impressed with a stamp and date after 1982. Approximately 3" diameter and 1.75" High.
