HOLY GRAIL NEGC Carpet Ground Paperweight 1 Of 4 Known Art Glass Paperweight. Condition is generally fine with a small flake to the side of the base and some "fish eye" dings to the crown (see last 2 pictures). Here is your chance to own an iconic and extremely rare blue carpet ground paperweight made by the New England glass company in the mid 19thC. This example is one of only 4 known to exist and may be the finest example being is shows a very high level of clarity and sharpness to the canes. It measures roughly 1 7/8" tall by 2 3/8" wide.

There sre some very thin fish eye shaped dings on the crown and a tiny shallow flake on the edge of the base. These could be easily removed by a professional restorer. Please ask any and all questions prior to purchasing.
