Gorgeous & Scarce Parabelle Lampwork Floral in a Stave Basket Art Glass Paperweight. Very few lampwork weights were made by the Scruttons during Parabelle's reign. Signed and dated in a cane and retains on it's base the original Parabelle Label. Measures just under 3" in diameter and 2" in height.
