Delightful and Colorful Paul Stankard Botanical Floral Paperweight. One of Paul's early break through weights into the world of 3 dimensional lamp work cased in glass that led to this artist commonly being referred to as the father of the modern paperweight. Measures about 3" in diameter and 2 1/4" in height. Has a concave basil rim base. Inscribed on it's side is the Artist Signature Paul J. Stankard" along with "A743 1978" and an "S Cane.
