Clichy C Scroll Patterned Millefiori with Large center Rose plus Second Rose

This is from the Beverly Schindler Collection. A large Red/White center Rose cane is set within an outer design of smaller millefiori canes including a second Rose cane, this one a Pink and Green. At first glance this might appear to be a concentric millefiori design; however ever close inspection reveals that the outer canes are formed into four C Scrolls, each with a cane within the C and with another larger cane set between each C.

The paperweight is 2-1/2" in diameter and has a nice high dome at 1-13/16" high. It has been professionally polished and other than a bit of light wear to the base and to the base rim confirming the age, Condition is perfect.
