This is a gorgeous vintage Blenko Tricolor Bowl, #5831, in pristine condition. This item was made for 1 year only in 1958 by designer Wayne Husted. It was created by a process called incalmo, fusing together 3 translucent colored lobes of glass while still hot, and requires a great deal of skill, and was extremely difficult to successfully complete, which is why there are few of these pieces made. The colors are Tangerine, Teal, and Sea Green. This is a beautiful piece of Blenko history!
