Antique Clichy, Pattered Millefiori over muslin, four-roses

This antique paperweight was made by Clichy during the classic period (1845 to 1860) of French paperweights. The central motif is a patterned millefiori on a muslin ground.

The design contains two-white and two-pink-roses canes. This paperweight has several light scratches to the dome, however overall is in excellent condition. D=2 15/16 and H=2 1/16.
