Vintage Saint Louis Paper Weight 1971 #4283 No Reserve

We have quite a few paper weights from different parts of the world. This was my wife's grandmother collection. Everything she has has is in pre owned mint condition unless other wise noted. I have searched high and low No one has anything like it. This might be a one of one It is my opinion Not a fact. So don't miss out on this one. The price tag is still on the bottom when it was bought in 1971. I noticed in the large photos you can see the lint from the towel i used to dust it off with.
