VINTAGE GLASS PAPERWEIGHT - OVERLAID GLASS - PERTHSHIRE. Description; This is a vintage glass paperweight that is clear, then overlaid in white glass, which has then been over laid in green glass and then cut to clear to make windows that show the interior of the weight. There is a floral decoration to its centre and one cane has a P within for Perthshire. The weight has a starburst cut to the underside of the base.
