Scarce Old 1920s/30s Chinese Pansy on White Latticinio

THIS IS ONE OF THE BRIGHTEST OLD CHINESE PANSIES THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. A BRIGHT VIVID COLORED PANSY (Chinese copy of a Baccarat Pansy) is set against a White spiral latticinio background. The Pansy has one bud and seven leaves. The paperweight is 2-3/4" in diameter and 1-3/4" high.

The dome and upper surfaces are in PERFECT CONDITION. The base (underside of the weight) shows some considerable chipping where the maker apparently chipped off the pontil mark.
