Fantastic Johne Parsley Studio Art Glass Signed Flora lampworked paperweight

Very beautiful floral lampworked paperweight signed and made by Johne Parsley of Pennsylvania. You can see the small P signature cane at the base of the stem of the flowers.

Johne is no longer with us but was a very kind and artistic man, know for his extremely precise glass paperweights. Notice the veins in the leaves and the extreme detail in the flowers down to the yellow stamens. The bright cobalt blue ground adds additional color and depth to the arrangement.

Most of Johnes weights were small in size; this one is 2 ¾ diameter and a little over 2 tall. The weight is in perfect condition. Please let me know if you have any questions.
